South East Euro Ballot Results

The result of the ballot for European Parliamentary candidates was announced today (Monday 11th), and follows at the end of this article.

This is just a quick note from me to say thank you to everybody that voted in the process.

It is a great honour to once again lead an excellent team of candidates, and I am sure we will all work hard to ensure that we get as many Labour MEPs as possible in the South East in the European election in 2004.

So, again, thank you, and I look forward to seeing you all on the campaign trail in the locals next year, and the elections the following year.

All the best,

Peter Skinner
Member of European Parliament
South East England
